01250 members per location: will I actually get dates?
ApexHaus is built around capacity, not volume. Each location is capped at 250 memberships, and bookings are managed through a capacity booking system with member rules, so availability, privacy and service stay protected. Membership gives you priority and earlier booking windows; it does not reserve specific dates.
02When does ApexHaus open?
Dallas, TX and Charlotte, NC are the inaugural locations, both targeting H1 2027. The Dallas property is acquired and its transformation is underway. Orlando and Atlanta follow in 2027–2028. ApexHaus is a real development project, so timing can move with engineering, permits, inspections and weather. Members get updates before booking opens.
03Is the membership lifetime?
Yes. Your membership and its booking discount are lifetime, within the ApexHaus membership system and its terms.
04Does one membership give access to every location?
Yes. Join one location and access them all: one membership applies across all current and future ApexHaus locations, under the membership and booking rules.
05Is the membership fee credited toward my stays?
Yes. The membership fee is credited toward your ApexHaus stays, and you keep the 50% lifetime discount and priority afterwards. The credit schedule will be confirmed in the membership terms before booking opens.
06Can non-members book ApexHaus?
Yes, within a limited and controlled framework. Non-members do not get the lifetime discount, early access or member priority.
07Is it booked by room or the whole estate?
The whole estate. One group controls the villa, the circuit, the Apex Garage and the outdoor areas for the stay, no shared resort traffic.
08Are karts and safety gear included?
Yes. Kart access and the required safety gear are included with an ApexHaus stay. Kart categories (Tony Kart Viper, TaG and Ultimate Performance Electric Karts) depend on driver experience, safety review and operational approval. Sessions are briefed, marshaled and coached.
09Is the membership an investment or ownership?
No. ApexHaus Membership is an access-and-benefits membership. It is not an investment, security, equity, timeshare or real-estate ownership, and it is not a booking of specific nights.
10Can I get a refund?
Membership purchases are generally final; refund requests are reviewed case by case. ApexHaus is a development-stage project and funds are used for development. Please read the membership terms before checkout, and talk to us first if you have any doubt.
11Can I book for friends and family?
Yes. Bookings are made under the member's name and responsibility; friends and family stay as part of your group. Commercial use or resale is not allowed.
12How does Apex Signature work?
Signature is limited to 20 per location and offered by approval only: you request access, we schedule a private call, and your package is configured and approved before any invoice. $45,000–$55,000 depending on the individual package configuration. It includes a personal branded kart, storage and maintenance, personal gear, full concierge and 9 included nights.
