A private motorsport estate club. One group books the entire property: a large private villa, outdoor and pool areas, the Apex Garage (bar, games, simulator, drift karts) and a private Formula-inspired kart circuit. Not a resort, not a public racetrack. Both, together.

In East Texas, near Tyler, about 60 miles southeast of Dallas and about 20 miles from Tyler. It's a 10.5-acre property with a modern villa among mature pines. We closed on it in September 2026, and transformation work is underway. The exact address is shared with members.

Dallas is targeting the first half of 2027, and Charlotte is targeting the same window. These are good-faith targets for a real construction project, not guaranteed dates. We publish dated, real progress in the Build Log, and members get updates first.

Under our Terms, your membership stays valid for any participating ApexHaus location that later becomes operational. If we ever determined in good faith that we couldn't proceed or deliver material benefits, we'd communicate a reasonable resolution to members, which could include continued benefits, a credit or a refund, depending on the situation. A delay on its own doesn't make purchases refundable, and we'd rather tell you that now than later.

Dallas, TX and Charlotte, NC (both targeting H1 2027), then Orlando, FL and Atlanta, GA (2027–2028). Further locations are possible later. Future locations are plans, not guarantees.

ApexHaus is operated by Holi Resort LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, doing business as ApexHaus. It's a family-led project founded by Alex Gorodov. You can reach us at info@apexhausclub.com.

A 50% lifetime booking discount, priority access to dates, earlier booking windows, and access to every current and future ApexHaus location. Higher tiers add support (concierge, transfers, first pick of high-demand dates) and, with Apex Signature, full personalization: your own kart, mechanic, gear and included stays.

Three levels of one program, all with a 50% lifetime booking discount. Platinum Core: $5,000. Founders Reserve: $7,000, limited to 50 per location. Apex Signature: $45,000–$55,000 depending on your individual package configuration, by request and approval only, 20 per location. All three sit inside the 250-membership cap per location.

It's a one-time membership fee with no expiry: your benefits last for your lifetime and apply across the network as it grows. It's personal: it can't be resold or used commercially.

That's the most common question, and it's the reason the cap exists. Three things work in your favor: your membership works across the whole network, not one house; most members won't book every month; and higher tiers get earlier booking windows. We'll be straight with you: no membership can guarantee specific dates, but capping each location at 250 is how we keep availability real.

Yes. Join one location, access them all. Each location has its own 250-member grid, and your membership applies network-wide under the booking rules.

Credited. Your membership fee is not a cost you lose: the amount comes back to you as credit toward your ApexHaus stays, and you keep the 50% lifetime discount on top. The exact credit schedule is being finalised and will be confirmed in the membership terms before booking opens. Members who joined in May 2026 keep the terms they bought under.

No. A membership isn't a booking, nights or a reservation. When a location is operating, members request dates through the booking calendar with priority based on their tier.

You book the whole estate for your group, with a minimum stay. Members get 50% off the base rate. Final nightly pricing will be published before booking opens.

Yes, within a limited and controlled framework. Non-members pay full price and don't get member priority or early booking windows.

Yes, the whole point is your group. Bookings are made under the member's name and responsibility. Friends and family can stay as part of your group. A membership can't be used commercially or resold.

Yes. Kart access and required safety gear are included in the stay. Karts come in three driver tiers: Tony Kart Viper for beginners, families and groups, TaG karts for intermediate and advanced drivers after a driver review, and Ultimate Performance Electric Karts. Sessions are supervised, with a safety briefing and coaching.

Kids are welcome in the group. Minimum age and height rules for karting will be published before opening and will follow safety requirements for each kart class.

The full-scale Formula-style motion simulator is an optional add-on, not included in the base booking price. Member discounts apply to it.

Standard memberships are for personal use. Corporate events, team days and commercial use need written approval. Tell us what you have in mind, and we'll put you in touch with the team.

Checkout is processed by Newbook, the hospitality booking and payments platform ApexHaus uses (Newbook is part of Storable, and US card payments run on Stripe infrastructure). That's why the payment page is on bookingsus.newbook.cloud. Please use the same email you entered on our site. You'll get a payment receipt and then our membership confirmation within minutes.

Card payment through Newbook is the standard route. For other options (wire, invoice for higher tiers, installments), message us and a team member will confirm what's possible.

No. A membership is not an investment, security, equity, ownership in property, a timeshare or a share of profits. It's a contractual membership that gives you access and booking benefits.

Membership purchases are generally final once payment is completed. We review requests case by case, and refunds aren't guaranteed because plans change or opening timelines move. If we ever couldn't proceed with the project, we'd offer affected members a reasonable resolution as described in our Terms. Requests go to info@apexhausclub.com with your name, checkout email, tier and order details.

No. As our Terms state, membership payments are paid to the company and may be used for development of ApexHaus: design, engineering, site work and construction. We'd rather be transparent about that.

No. Memberships are for personal use; resale or commercial use ends the membership.

Plans for future locations can change. Your membership applies to locations that are operating and participating at the time you book. We'll always communicate changes to members first.

Fair question. The company is Holi Resort LLC (NC). We bought the Dallas-area property in September and publish dated, real footage in the Build Log. Our Terms are public. You can also talk to us directly before you join.

Our most personal level: 20 memberships per location, $45,000–$55,000 (final pricing depends on your individual package configuration), offered by approval only. It includes a personal branded kart built for you, on-site storage and maintenance, a personal mechanic, personalized gear, full concierge and 9 included nights. The process: request access → personal review → private call → approval and package configuration → a separate Signature agreement → invoice.
