01The estate
Every ApexHaus estate is a private residence with 5–7 private bedrooms, booked in full by one group. Each location has its own estate configuration.
Each bedroom is its own private suite with a dedicated bathroom, so guests do not feel like they are simply staying in bedrooms, but in spaces that have real privacy and comfort of their own.
Movement through the house feels natural - from the bedrooms into the central living areas, or directly outside onto the lawn and poolside zone.
The outdoor lounge is built for real group use, with barbecue, deep seating, and the kind of open-air setup where people actually want to spend hours together.
This is not a villa designed only to look good in renderings. It is designed to feel good when people really live in it.

03Apex Garage
Apex Garage is not a storage garage. It is a second living environment where the energy of the track continues into the evening.
The building differs from property to property. The Apex Garage program stays the same.

Taxi Garage drift kart setup
Inside the garage, an indoor electric drift-kart circuit runs after dark. Quiet, controlled, and built for groups.
It is what turns Apex Garage from car storage into a place the group keeps coming back to.

The ApexHaus track is a controlled private driving experience, not a crowded rental karting facility.
The goal is to give guests the feeling of real motorsport while keeping the session structure private, organized, and suitable for different experience levels.
The track is part of the property itself. It is not separated from the villa experience - it is visible, close, and central to the rhythm of the stay.
Staff-supervised. Different driver levels. Never a free-for-all.
Pit and staging area for guests not driving - part of the experience.
Beginner-friendly use; advanced equipment only for qualified drivers.
06Layout DNA
Each ApexHaus circuit is designed individually for its location, with sequences inspired by Barcelona, Austin, Monza, and Monte-Carlo - translated to a private, controlled scale.
Barcelona, Austin, Monza and Monte-Carlo are design references and inspiration - not four future ApexHaus tracks. What carries over is the DNA:

For beginners, families, and group driving. Designed around smooth handling, easier control, and a more comfortable learning curve. Purpose: fun, safe, accessible track time.

For intermediate and advanced drivers who want more performance. Lighter, faster, and more responsive than beginner-level karts. Purpose: higher-performance driving in a controlled environment.
Ultimate performance03
Not the toy-like e-kart of a rental track. A real, standard racing chassis (wheels, steering, seat, brakes) from any maker, Tony Kart included, with an electric power unit in place of the petrol engine: more horsepower, more torque, easier to use. And no engine noise: you hear the tyres grip, and improve lap by lap.
08Garage Exclusive - In Partnership with Pushstart
Inside the ApexHaus Garage, guests have access to a full-scale 1:1 Scale Formula Motion Simulator developed by our partners at Pushstart Simulators.
Built around a Formula-style race car body and powered by an FIA-licensed D-BOX motion platform, the simulator is designed to move with the car - recreating the feeling of acceleration, braking, curbs, track surface, and race movement in a highly immersive way.
Guests can experience iconic Formula racing circuits from around the world, from Miami and Barcelona to the tight streets of Monte Carlo, and feel what it is like to sit inside a Formula-style cockpit, react to the track, and push for the perfect lap.
This is not a regular gaming setup. It is a private ApexHaus garage experience - created for guests who want to feel the atmosphere of Formula racing without leaving the property. The simulator is available inside the ApexHaus Garage as an exclusive optional experience for guests.
