Allocation is intentionally limited to protect booking access, pricing, and the experience itself. Once a location's allocation is filled, no further memberships are created for that location.
Scarcity is part of the ApexHaus operating model, not an artificial marketing tactic. It is how the booking system works.

Membership model
ApexHaus is built on a fixed membership model (ApexClub) operating across all current and future locations. Each location operates with a predefined number of members, which establishes the rules of access, pricing, and booking priority from the outset.

Member pricing
ApexHaus can be booked without membership. Membership changes the terms. First of all, it is a lifetime booking discount of 50%, as well as access to a system of priorities and privileges. Members receive earlier access to booking, more stable availability of dates, and better pricing. Higher tiers go beyond discounts and provide more priority, more support, and a more structured experience, from booking to the stay itself.

Booking priority
Membership defines your position within the system: how early you book, how much you pay, and how consistently you are able to use the property. Members will hold priority within the system, with early booking windows, preferred pricing, and more consistent availability.

06How membership works
A fixed model. A capacity booking system.
At the core of the project is a Capacity Booking System, a model where the number of members and bookings are strictly managed to ensure exclusivity and quality experience for every member.

ApexHaus community
ApexHaus is being developed as a private motorsports club, structured around a defined group of members while remaining available for scheduled use.

Controlled occupancy
The property is not intended for constant traffic, but for a more measured rhythm where access and occupancy are planned in advance.

External reservations
At the same time, the property will remain open for external reservations within a limited and controlled framework. This system allows the property to remain controlled, while at the same time giving members a clear advantage.
07Membership fee
The membership fee is credited toward the cost of your stay.
You are not paying for a membership and then paying for your nights on top. The membership amount comes back to you as credit against your ApexHaus stays, and the 50% lifetime booking discount stays with you after that.
